Introduction:
This episode will help you to get over your "Fear Of Missing Out"! Five steps to analyze before falling into the ambuscade of FOMO. That will be in the first segment of the show. I also will be blogging a little about my life journey in the second segment so stay tuned and get your pop corn ready!
1st seg:
Cryptocurrency FOMO is real, and you can drain your investments if you're not careful. Here are five ways to avoid it. But before I start giving you some nuggets, here is what FOMO came from, it is an acronym that has been coined by millennial generation and has become the bane of many cryptocurrency traders. FOMO or fear of missing out, may sound coarse or even somewhat overly casual when you say it, but it is a fear everyone has had before. Scammers will say that you are going to miss the ship on so many good investments. This kinda thinking brings a deliberate issue in the community, I myself suffer from it, back in 2018 to 2019 I was buying foolishly when the market started to tank investors like Warren Buffett says that's a good thing but I literally put about $5,000 dollars or pretty close to that in to cryptocurrency and watched it fall to $100 in the account. yes, I can see way people kill them selves after losing millions of dollars. That's why we have to take calculated risk.
Step 1:
Ideas can reduce or inflame our capability for calculated risk the important thing to remember is that you never completely gridge the gap between being scared and being successful. a little fear is good for you. cryptos is a risk in general but don't over do it, Spend what you can afford to lose.
Step 2:
The know-it kit! Get the facts on your side. As much as your heart will fill your head with negativity, hanging on to the facts of what you've already done in life is something you can't argue with. when we take on risk, we need to know that we've got what we need to get the results we want. You are going to make mistakes but the goo thing is that you will learn from them.
Step 3:
Evaluate risk logically rather than emotionally. Fear is a remarkably powerful force and it can affect our preconceptions and actions in numerous way. When fear is present it causes us to overestimate the downsides the downside. Among entrepreneurs, fear can overwhelm the brains ability to apply logic to the negative scenarios, remind yourself of the emotional hold fear has and then work to evaluate your prospects with logic as the driving factor.
Step 4:
Create very clear goal in advance. One of the biggest factors that prevents us from taking more calculated risk is the unknown. Fortunately, strategic business owners know how to hedge against unknown variables to mitigate their risk and increase their changes of overall success.
Step: 5:
Get accustomed to saying "NO." As you build your crypto assets, you'll realize you simply cannot juggle everything that comes your way.. You will also notice that a few select campaigns are the biggest drivers of revenue, growth and profits. That being said, it's important you become selective about how you budget your time to allow you to focus on the things that will have th most impact on your key metrics.
Bonus Tip:
Make your own decisions and don"t let people talk you into making bad investments. Sleep on it before you act, delay making a decision on something until the following day so you have more time to consider it.
Seg 2:
My Self Development Proccess: I feel so weak in life, all the people I love left me, I was raised in a christian home but im not a poster boy christian. I like to party hard and live things of this world. You will probably judge me becuase of my vices and say that I'm fake! You are right, I like to put up a front, the fake feeling in my heart is real, and I cannot find no relief. The brokenness is real so this is what I've been working on to become a better person inside and out.
1:
I've been reading about what I want to improve, books like "Crushing It" Gary Vaynerchuk, "The Power Of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, and many more.
2:
I found a mentor: A peer who knows something I don't, and I want to learn from. Apparently it's the fastest path of learning.
3:
I reflect at the end of each day. It helps me to be constantly be aware of how i can improve.
4:
Stay honest with myself, I am my own judge.
5:
Measuring my progress.
6:
Consistency is the key, it's a daily practice for me.
Closing:
I'm glad you all tuned in and I hope this helps you with your journey of life, we all go through struggles it makes us stronger and we should embrace it.
